By bank card via the Internet
After clicking the “Place order” button, you will be taken to a special secure payment page of the bePaid processing system.
On the payment page, you will see the order number and the payment amount. To make a payment, you need to enter your card details and confirm the payment by clicking the ” Pay ” button.
If your card supports 3-D Secure technology, your system will ask you to go through the standard one-minute verification procedure for the cardholder on the page of your bank (the bank that issued your card).
After payment, our manager will contact you to clarify the details of the order and delivery.
Please note that after the payment is made, a payment confirmation will be sent to the email address you specified. Please save your payment details.
We accept payments with the following bank cards: Visa,MasterCard
Bank card payments are made through the bePaid electronic payment system. The bePaid payment page meets all the data transfer security requirements (PCI DSS Level 1). All confidential data is stored in encrypted form and is as resistant to hacking as possible. Access to the authorization pages is carried out using a protocol that provides secure data transfer on the Internet (SSL/TLS).
The refund is made to the card with which the payment was previously made.
The period of receipt of funds to the card is from 1 to 30 days from the date of the refund by the Seller.

The return of the Goods can be made in accordance with the requirements of the Law” On Protection of Consumer Rights “ of 09.01.2002 No. 90-Z.
In case of return of the Goods to the Buyer, only the cost of the goods is returned (the cost of delivery to the Buyer is not refunded).
The refund is made to the payment card from which the payment was received within 30 days from the date of return(the received returned item to us in the store).
The buyer pays the return shipping cost and our address.
IMPORTANT! The money is not returned if the Buyer interferes with the design of the product (any modification of the appearance) or its mechanical damage.

The order is sent via the BELPOST postal service by small packet or expedited mail by EMS.

Upon arrival in the buyer’s country, the responsibility for the delivery of the parcel is assumed by the postal service of the buyer’s country (USPS for the United States, LA POSTE for France, and others)
Delivery times may depend on the country of the buyer and the workload of postal services and other factors (COVID-19).
Usually the delivery time for the USA is 20 business days
EU countries – 15 working days.
All parcels are sent with tracking.
When sending an order to the buyer’s email address, we send the Tracking number for tracking.

The order is processed within no more than 20 business days.
We usually ship the order within 15 business days.
If there are difficulties with your orders, we contact the buyer by email specified in the order or by phone number via Whatsapp.
